அளவற்ற அருளாளனும், நிகரற்ற அன்புடையோனுமாகிய *அல்லாஹ்வின் பெயரால்…*

*வானங்களையும், பூமியையும் படைத்திருப்பதிலும், இரவு பகல் மாறிமாறி வருவதிலும், மக்களுக்குப் பயனளிப்பவற்றுடன் கடலில் செல்லும் கப்பலிலும், அல்லாஹ் வானத்திலிருந்து இறக்கி வைக்கும் மழையிலும், பூமி வறண்ட பின் அதன் மூலம் அதைச் செழிக்கச் செய்வதிலும், ஒவ்வொரு உயிரினத்தையும் அதில் பரவ விட்டிருப்பதிலும், காற்றுகளை மாறிமாறி வீசச் செய்திருப்பதிலும், வானத்திற்கும், பூமிக்கும் இடையே வசப்படுத்தப்பட்டுள்ள மேகத்திலும் உணரும் சமுதாயத்திற்குப் பல சான்றுகள் உள்ளன*.
إِنَّ فِي خَلْقِ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ وَاخْتِلَافِ اللَّيْلِ وَالنَّهَارِ وَالْفُلْكِ الَّتِي تَجْرِي فِي الْبَحْرِ بِمَا يَنْفَعُ النَّاسَ وَمَا أَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ مِنَ السَّمَاءِ مِنْ مَاءٍ فَأَحْيَا بِهِ الْأَرْضَ بَعْدَ مَوْتِهَا وَبَثَّ فِيهَا مِنْ كُلِّ دَابَّةٍ وَتَصْرِيفِ الرِّيَاحِ وَالسَّحَابِ الْمُسَخَّرِ بَيْنَ السَّمَاءِ وَالْأَرْضِ لَآيَاتٍ لِقَوْمٍ يَعْقِلُونَ
*In the creation of the heavens and the earth; in the alternation of night and day; in the ships that sail the oceans for the benefit of mankind; in the water that God sends down from the sky, and revives the earth with it after it had died, and scatters in it all kinds of creatures; in the changing of the winds, and the clouds disposed between the sky and the earth; are signs for people who understand.*
