அளவற்ற அருளாளனும், நிகரற்ற அன்புடையோனுமாகிய *அல்லாஹ்வின் பெயரால்…*

2:8. *அல்லாஹ்வையும், இறுதி நாளையும் நம்பினோம்* எனக் கூறுவோரும் மனிதர்களில் உள்ளனர். (ஆனால்) அவர்கள் நம்புவோர் அல்லர்.
وَمِنَ النَّاسِ مَنْ يَقُولُ آمَنَّا بِاللَّهِ وَبِالْيَوْمِ الْآخِرِ وَمَا هُمْ بِمُؤْمِنِينَ
Among the people are those who say, *We believe in God and in the Last Day,* but they are not believers.
2:9. *அல்லாஹ்வையும், நம்பிக்கை கொண்டோரையும் அவர்கள் ஏமாற்ற நினைக்கின்றனர். (உண்மையில்) தம்மைத் தாமே அவர்கள் ஏமாற்றிக் கொள்கின்றனர். அவர்கள் உணர்வதில்லை.*
يُخَادِعُونَ اللَّهَ وَالَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَمَا يَخْدَعُونَ إِلَّا أَنْفُسَهُمْ وَمَا يَشْعُرُونَ
*They seek to deceive God and those who believe, but they deceive none but themselves, though they are not aware*.
