அளவற்ற அருளாளனும், நிகரற்ற அன்புடையோனுமாகிய *அல்லாஹ்வின் பெயரால்…*

(போரிலிருந்து) அவர்கள் விலகிக் கொள்வார்களானால் அல்லாஹ் மன்னிப்பவன்; நிகரற்ற அன்புடையோன் . *கலகம் இல்லாதொழிந்து அதிகாரம் அல்லாஹ்வுக்குரியதாக ஆகும் வரை அவர்களுடன் போர் செய்யுங்கள்! அவர்கள் விலகிக் கொள்வார்களானால் அநீதி இழைத்தோர் மீதே தவிர (மற்றவர்கள் மீது) எந்த வரம்பு மீறலும் கூடாது*
فَإِنِ انْتَهَوْا فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ غَفُورٌ رَحِيمٌ
وَقَاتِلُوهُمْ حَتَّىٰ لَا تَكُونَ فِتْنَةٌ وَيَكُونَ الدِّينُ لِلَّهِ ۖ فَإِنِ انْتَهَوْا فَلَا عُدْوَانَ إِلَّا عَلَى الظَّالِمِينَ
*But if they cease, then God is Forgiving and Merciful. And fight them until there is no oppression, and worship becomes devoted to God alone. But if they cease, then let there be no hostility except against the oppressors.*
